After the permanent suspension of former President Donald Trump’s Twitter account, he announced the launch of his own communications platform “From The Desk of Donald J. Trump,” which he will use to communicate with followers.
While Twitter has denounced the former president from their platform for good, Facebook’s oversight board is expected to reach a decision regarding the temporary ban on his account soon. It is unclear whether or not the site will be linked to Trump’s hinted plan at launching his own social media platform in the near future. Time to sink the fake news and expose the corruption. Big Tech is about to be out of business.
You can visit the site here.
The site was set up by former campaign manager Brad Parscale through a digital ecosystem, otherwise known as Campaign Nucleus. It will efficiently manage Trump’s political campaigns and organizations while allowing him to communicate daily with his followers. It doesn’t have any way for users to comment or interact with Trump’s posts but remains as a “one-way communication” for the former president to post comments, images, and videos.
Trump’s platform emerged after his advisors shared that he plans to “move forward” and create his own social media platforms after being banned from numerous platforms after the Capitol Riot. At the time, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg defended his company’s decision, saying he believes “the risk of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period is simply too great.” Twitter also banned the former president due to “the risk of further incitement of violence” and later confirmed that Trump would never be allowed back on Twitter even if he runs for office again.
“The way our policies work, when you’re removed from the platform, you’re removed from the platform – whether you’re a commentator, you’re a CFO, or you are a former or current public officials. Remember, our policies are designed to make sure that people are not inciting violence, and if anybody does that, we have to remove them from the service and our policies don’t allow people to come back,” said Twitter’s Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal.
The Trump website’s “About” page states that they are committed to defending innocent life and upholding Judeo-Christian values, believe in the promise of the Declaration of Independence and that our rights do not come from the government. It promises to include the right to religious liberty and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, as well as rebuilding our military and embracing free thought against political correctness. The site also talks about supporting fair trade, low taxes, fewer job-killing regulations, law and order, and fair elections.
“Over the past four years, my administration delivered for Americans of all backgrounds like never before. Save America is about building on those accomplishments, supporting the brave conservatives who will define the future of the America First Movement, the future of our party, and the future of our beloved country. Save America is also about ensuring that we always keep America First, in our foreign and domestic policy. We take pride in our country, we teach the truth about our history, we celebrate our rich heritage and national traditions, and of course, we respect our great American Flag,” the site reads.
Trump has already added a few posts to the site, including an introduction video for his followers where he talks about finding a space to speak freely and safely in a time of silence and lies.
“Heartwarming to read new polls on big-shot warmonger Liz Cheney of the great State of Wyoming. She is so low that her only chance would be if vast numbers of people run against her which, hopefully, won’t happen. They never liked her much, but I say she’ll never run in a Wyoming election again,” reads a post from Trump.
Getting fair representation in the way information is shared is one of the ways true Americans are fighting back. More conservatives are cutting through the radical-left corruption to let their voices be heard and promote free speech on all social media platforms. Conservatives have been looking for a way to be heard without the Big Tech censorship – and Trump is helping make that happen.
