The FBI has been investigating Hunter Biden for years. There are reports that the investigation focuses on money laundering and his foreign connections. Recently, it was alleged that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has been taking witnesses in front of the grand jury. This would indicate that the matter could be coming to an end, with a decision expected soon. In the most recent report, it was revealed that the jury has been conducting a probe into “the big guy”: the person known as President Joe Biden.
In the meantime, Joe Biden has continued to make public statements claiming that his son was not guilty of doing anything wrong, in spite of known facts. The Biden family has been advocating for an independent counsel to ensure that the investigation stays independent, as well as taking advice from George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley.
Fox's Peter Doocy asked White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki if there were any plans to name an attorney special counsel to protect the security of the probe. But Psaki stumbled, directing the question back to the Justice Department.
Doocy was also curious regarding White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain's statement that Biden believes his son was not in violation of the law. Psaki confirmed Biden's position. The problem with making such comments is that they could cause an end to the investigation. So, you're not allowed to make such statements. Even in the event that Biden did not personally speak to anyone at the DOJ, he's not doing his job properly. How can we expect the DOJ to proceed with the case in such a situation?
Doocy also confronted Psaki regarding what Biden knew about his son’s business transactions, and Psaki reiterated Biden's assertion that he'd never spoken with his son about his business transactions in foreign countries. Biden claims that Hunter does not have any guilt, even though he hasn't talked about his interactions with Hunter? It’s as easy to believe this as it is to believe that Jen Psaki is always honest.
We’re just looking for answers. If they've never spoken about his overseas business, with whom does Joe Biden think he's posing in those photos of Hunter's associates from his business dealings, including his Ukrainian, Kazakh, and Mexican associates? “Oh hey, Dad, these are just random guys I want you to take pictures with, including in the VP's office”? What's Joe Biden's reasoning for that?
What are the stories behind the dinners Joe enjoyed with Hunter’s Ukrainian, Russian, and Kazakh associates, such as Russian billionaire Elena Baturina, who allegedly paid one of Hunter's businesses $3.5 million? What's Joe Biden's reasoning for this?
What is the rationale behind the statement made by Tony Bobulinski, a former employee of the Bidens? He stated the Bidens knew Joe was involved in Hunter's business dealings, and that 10 percent of the references to “the big guy” referred to Joe Biden. The truth is that this should have been clarified by Biden before the elections, but the media was not able to insist he talk about it. What is Joe Biden's rationale for this?
Biden also said that his son did not receive any money in connection with China. That was proved to be false in the records released last week on the Senate floor by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), not to mention the statements made by whistleblower Tony Bobulinski. What is Joe Biden's reasoning for this?
“I didn't know anything” or “I'm going to avoid the question” are not valid answers.
