We could be witnessing the first signs of powerful tossing Joe Biden under the bus.
Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos criticizing Joe Biden's erroneous assertion that he could cut inflation by imposing a higher tax on corporations.
Joe Biden's ignorance about what the reason for inflation is and how to stop it. In addition, should you do this, it will increase prices even more, since corporations will take on the additional tax through higher prices for their goods. This would cause the rate of inflation even much worse. However, Joe isn't aware of that. Or, perhaps, doesn't even care because it's part of his story.
The most remarkable thing was the fact that Bezos disprove the lie that Biden claimed as a lie.
“The newly created Disinformation Board should review this tweet,” Bezos said in a snipe. “Or maybe they need to form a new Non Sequitur Board instead. Raising corp taxes is fine to discuss. Taming inflation is critical to discuss. Mushing them together is just misdirection.”
Interesting that he has not only declared it incorrect and slapped Biden in the Disinformation Governance Board, but that he also called the claim “misdirection” as well, affirming that Biden is deliberately misleading. We know this for certain but it's fascinating is the fact that Bezos says it.
If you thought it was an unintentional statement, Bezos continued busting Biden on Sunday, too. He responded to a question by a person who disputed Biden's claim of reducing the deficit, claiming that Biden did nothing to cut the deficit. Bezos also agreed, and even endorsed the argument.
“In fact, the administration tried hard to inject even more stimulus into an already over-heated, inflationary economy and only Manchin saved them from themselves,” Bezos stated and hit the nail to the heart. “Inflation is a regressive tax that most hurts the least affluent. Misdirection doesn't help the country.”
Wow, that's real truth. And, yet again, he's not only affirming that Biden does not know, it's also saying Biden is deliberately lying with the word “misdirection” again. This is also a remark concerning Manchin and is likely bring Bezos some scorn from leftists. They've depicted Manchin as the devil's incarnation who is destroying their hopes, in contrast to the sensible Democrat that he is, recognizing that Democrats will lose influence in Congress in November, while still being a bipartisan politician with some principles.
So do you think Bezos suddenly discover the significance of “Brandon” was all about? Is it more likely that Bezos is aware how the wind is turning in the direction that Americans aren't able to stand Biden and are poised to throw Democrats from power their ear in Congress coming up in November, so the entrepreneur is trying to change his position? I'm not sure if I can trust him to the extent that I could throw him however it's nice to hear that he's putting Biden under the over the head with his. If he's looking to do something to make amends, he's got an opportunity to do so. can finally write some opinions with a touch of truth and has been employed to get us into the mess we're in now with Biden.
