Border Patrol Agents to be Punished for Fraudulent Whipping Story

You'll remember the incident that took place last September along the border between Mexico and the United States, when photographers captured border agents riding on horses using large reins for controlling their horses while they tried to slow down the waves of illegal migrants who were traversing across the Rio Grande river into our country.

The Biden administration quickly drew its conclusions, claiming that officers were “whipping” the migrants as though slaves. “To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped – it's outrageous,” Joe Biden told reporters following the release of the images. “I promise you, those people will pay.”

The issue was quickly cleared up and officials were cleared of any wrongdoing. What's left for the Biden administration to do? The Border Patrol agents must be punished to the max for “administrative violations,” of course.

Fox News reported Tuesday that the Department of Homeland Security will take action against several Border Patrol agents in the discredited “whipping” of Haitian migrants. Already struggling with low morale because of the huge influx of immigrants at the border of Mexico, the US Agents are reported to be “furious” over the decision.

Why? Because they are aware that they will be used as scapegoats for the ineffective border policy of the Biden administration.

Affirming people's guilt without trial? This isn't the American way to do it, Joe.

It's difficult to imagine a more untrue offense than “administrative violations.” What did they do wrong? Did they not sharpen their pencils to the prescribed length?

Agents are reportedly furious. National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd said to Fox News Digital:

What we're seeing today is the executive branch utilizing its Office of Professional Responsibility to take on the people President Biden believes are political foes. Biden isn't a fan of his Border Patrol. He's never been a fan of the job and mission of Border Patrol. Now he's taking on these agents since he is an apologist for people who support open borders. This is not something that should occur in the United States.

He went on to explain that the punishment was predetermined the second the most powerful man on earth ordered it:

The moment he said that these agents would be paying and convicted, without evidence, and without an investigation, there is no doubt that the investigators would be able to follow up with some kind of accusation on the agents.

They had no other choice.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy was also disgusted by the move, telling Daily Mail in an exclusive interview:

Border patrol agents need an administration that is supportive of their work, not denigrating them. This is exactly the exact thing that President Biden has promised when he stated that, without being aware of the truth, that border patrol agents would “pay” for false claims of “'whipping” migrants.

Morale among border patrol Border Patrol is already at “an all-time low,” with the potential of the White House succeeding in ending Title 42, and this punishment by an infuriating administration is bound to accelerate that trend. While the Biden Administration seeks to scapegoat its own, the number of migrants continues to flood across the border

Joe Biden's border policy–as well as many of his policies, are completely and totally unsustainable. In the present, it appears that Biden has declared war against himself and his Border Patrol to distract attention even though these officers have been cleared by the Border Patrol and had no ill-will towards the migrants.

This is a misuse of power that is plain and simple.
