Joe Biden took questions on Tuesday about his unconstitutional student debt “forgiveness” plan.
His answers were completely confused and had a bit of racism included. It was how he usually responds.
Fox's Peter Doocy, however, managed to get Biden to answer a question about a different topic. It was about the FBI raid against Donald Trump. “How much advance notice did you have of the FBI plan to search Mar-a-Lago?” Doocy asked.
“I didn't have any advance notice,” Biden declared. “None. Zero. Absolutely nothing.”
Biden appears so confused a lot of the time, so it is believable that Biden might not have known about the exact moment that the raid would be. However, even the way Biden denied knowledge of it is just like other times when he's lied in the past. He exaggerates and over states his point, so you can be sure Biden is lying in this instance.
For example, he claimed to not know the details of Hunter's company, but the reality was that he's had meetings with at least 14 of Hunter’s business associates.
It is true that the White House might not have been aware of the precise time of the raid, but it is clear that the White House was involved in the process of putting the raid into motion. The White House Counsel's office had been in contact with the FBI, DOJ, and National Archives as early as April regarding the documents.
On May 10, the acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall wrote Trump's lawyers a note which detailed the White House's role.
“On April 11, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office—affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum—formally transmitted a request that NARA provide the FBI access to the 15 boxes for its review within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might request copies of specific documents following its review of the boxes,” Wall wrote.
Wall said:
“The Counsel to the President has informed me that, in light of the particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination, in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold the former President’s purported ‘protective assertion of executive privilege,’” Wall wrote. “… I have therefore decided not to honor the former President’s ‘protective’ claim of privilege.”
It appears that Biden did take part, “not one single bit.” Instead, it was many different bits. Biden is lying to the public once more about the important issue regarding his role in using of the power of the government against his former and likely future adversary. It's like a banana republic. It has the elements that impeachments result from.
It should also be noted that, if Biden were a Republican, the left would be screaming about how Biden made the sign of “zero” that some on the left claim is a “white power symbol.” However, that outrage seems to be not present when it comes down to Biden.
This will be the first order of business if the GOP gets back control of Congress if we're to end this nonsense.
