Lawsuit Reveals Evidence of Collusion Between Biden Administration and Big Tech

We've read the reports as well as the proof. For some of us, it's more close to home than we'd prefer.

As noted in mid-October, Joe Biden and Barack Obama achieved what Richard Nixon couldn't do, in spite of his most desperate efforts to thwart the Watergate scandal. In the words of Texas senator Ted Cruz, “Obama has pushed hard-line partisans into senior posts in the DOJ as well as the FBI and security agencies as well as the IRS and also targeted his political foes. The problem has grown in the administration of Biden.”

Back in April, a team of former national security and intelligence officials released a joint letter warning that any legislation to limit the power and influence of Big Tech monopolies — Facebook, Google, and Amazon could threaten the security of our nation.

Let's look at this in detail to the present the former intelligence as well as security and intelligence officials have argued that centralized censorship isn't just essential to protect the national security of the United States, but also to the advancement of U.S. foreign policy, on the one side, and the Obama-armed DOJ, FBI, and IRS targeting political enemies that are spreading under the administration by Joe Biden, on the other the other hand.

The New York Post on Sunday ran an article by journalist Miranda Devine about a little-noticed federal lawsuit, Missouri v. Biden, which “is uncovering astonishing evidence of an entrenched censorship scheme cooked up between the federal government and Big Tech that would make Communist China proud.”

As per Devine, 67 federal officials or agencies, including the FBI — are being accused in the suit of infringing on the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter, and Google to block users for alleged incorrect information or false information.

Victims of Biden-Big Technology's “censorship enterprise,” Devine claimed, include The Post, whose Hunter Biden laptop revelation was censored by Facebook as well as Twitter in October 2020 following “the FBI went to Facebook warning them with great specificity to watch out for a ‘dump' of Russian disinformation, pertaining to Joe Biden, with an uncanny resemblance to our stories.”

The lawsuit was summarized by the Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt:

“We believe that high-ranking Biden administration officials conspired with these social media companies to block public debate on the Hunter Biden laptop story, the source of COVID-19, and the effectiveness of masks, as well as integrity in the election.”

Devine added that Big Tech censorship is related to the alleged “misinformation” about COVID pandemic vaccinations and lockdowns, and also material from renowned infectious epidemiologists and health experts that have proven over time to be true and ultimately the majority of it was approved in official policy of the CDC.

The defendants' list includes:

FBI special agent Elvis Chan and Laura Dehmlow who provided Facebook an in-depth “disinformation” briefing right before The Post was censored

White House press secretaries, both former and current, Karine Jean-Pierre and Jen Psaki

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the chief medical adviser to the president.

Former White House senior COVID-19 adviser Andrew Slavitt

Counsel for President Biden, Dana Remus

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency

The State Department

The US Election Assistance Commission.

The lawsuit was filed by the attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri, as reported by Devine, as a partner along with “such red-pilled lawyers as Jenin Younes at the New Civil Liberties Alliance.” (Biden's notorious attorney general Merrick Garland, was not available for clarification.)

The two cases are in conflict with another lawsuit brought by COVID response opponent and former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson. The legal wins up to now have resulted in Twitter restoring his account following the fact that he had been suspended for COVID reporting. However, as Devine pointed out, this “cat and mouse game continues as Berenson is currently suspended again.”

The Bottom Line

Blocking and censoring conservative opinions and information that is factual with the claim of misinformation or disinformation which contradict the narratives and lies from the Biden administration, and disrupt the most powerful from Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, and other Big Tech companies, smacks of the glory times in the Soviet Union and today's Communist China.

But Joe Biden pathetically declared: “Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.”

It's time for us to get rid of this swamp, for good this time.
