Trump’s January 6 Tweets Smack Liberals

Twitter can be a sludge of digital garbage, however it also serves as a sort of public record of historic events. For instance, Trump's tweets that were resurfaced from January 6, 2021.

After his account has been restored, all of the world can have access to Trump's tweets, including the good as well as the bad, and the cofefe. Conservatives are flooding their Twitter streams with retweets of two tweets Trump posted on January 6 which depict a very different image from what libs such as AOC and lame ducks such as Liz Cheney would have you believe.

After two years without Trump's tweets, his fans certainly welcome the chance to review his statements and put the day's events into context.

Tweet #1: “Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our country. Stay Peaceful!”

This is certainly an issue in the Jan 6 commission discussion.

Then there's Tweet #2: I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember WE are the party of Law & Order- respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!”

Elon Musk floated a “Should Trump's account be reinstated?” trial balloon as a Twitter poll, and libs such as AOC swiftly jumped in and did what leftists do by repeating their party's line. AOC tweeted “Idk man, the last time he was on the site he used it to spark an insurrection. Several people were killed as well as the Vice President of the United States was nearly assassinated and hundreds were injured, but I believe it's not enough to respond to the question. It's a Twitter poll.” You could feel Liz Cheney looking on with satisfaction.

As Trump himself would say: Right!

Nick Arama addressed AOC's misinformation campaign in a blog post earlier today, and stated:

“The entire thing was a lie -It was all a lie – Trump did not “incite an insurrection” on Twitter. In fact Trump called on the public to act “peacefully and patriotically” at his rally. He continued to call for peace on Twitter prior to being banned.”

And that part regarding Mike Pence almost being assassinated? Well, no.

The Vice President wasn't “nearly assassinated.” That's something like the way she recounts her bizarre incident of the day while in her office, a distance of the Capitol building. However, she was a bit smug after we had nailed her false claim to the walls.

Could Trump have been more proactive on January 6? Yes. Could he have done more? Yes. The tweets don't excuse him from the actions he could have taken in the event of the incident to ease the anger. However, they do show his innocence in using Twitter to provoke violence, as he instead tried to calm things down.

Liberals are familiar with having their own opinions and ideas propagated on platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, with Big Tech helping to prop them up, so the idea of having Elon Musk appear and push for parity has left them enraged. They'd prefer nothing more than to see Donald Trump's remarks on January 6, buried forever, erased from the records that only they can write on.

In the same way, conservatives are familiar with their accounts being blocked, suspended, and denigrated as false information so the newfound freedom for Musk's Twitter is quite unique. Being able to have Trump again among them is only the cherry on top and even those who aren't particularly fond of him can appreciate the pleasure that comes from his tweets.

Elon Musk has provided Twitter entertainment for conservatives once more, while making libs feel a bit naughty. Only thing which could be better than that is a traditional Trumpian tweetstorm.
