Former Fox News anchor and current Team Trump-er Kimberly Guilfoyle made a rare public comment against her former husband, California Governor Gavin Newsom, on Sunday.
Speaking at the Turning Point USA Amfest Conference in Phoenix, Guilfoyle made a jab at her ex as she addressed crowds of people at the Phoenix Convention Center. The former co-host of The Five was talking about the absurdity of states such as California switching away from oil and gas to go with “green solutions” such as wind farms and electric vehicles. She took the opportunity to criticize her former husband, who has passed legislation to end the sale of all gas-powered cars across the entire state of California by 2035.
“In California, they have vowed to get rid of gas-powered cars. A bunch of winners over there. Ask me how I know. I got news for him. He ain’t making it to the White House!”
The speech received loud applause from a largely young audience that had already been pumped up to see conservative stars such as Kayleigh McEnany and Josh Hawley.
Guilfoyle was married to Gavin Newsom from 2001 to 2006. She is currently engaged to Donald Trump Jr. and is a representative on the Trump team and campaign.
